I practice Zen Massage – a slow, painless, meditative style which uses gradually applied deep pressure to melt tension and guide clients into a peaceful, trance-like state. It is particularly effective for insomnia, anxiety, stress and trauma.
Treatments can be carried out on a massage chair (clothed) or table (clothed or with sheets), using hypo-allergenic lotion, and optional hot stones/aromatherapy at no extra cost.
Clients are welcome at my home studio in Basingstoke: a quiet, calm space to comfortably ignore the outside world. Alternatively (for 60+ minute treatments) I offer home visits with no extra charge within the local area – please see below.
